Is My Cellarium really free to use?
Yes. No monthly fee, no entry cost, no minimum bottle. The platform earns its margin on the wine when it moves — not on the vault while it sits. If you never buy a bottle, you never owe a cent.
Where are my bottles actually stored?
In partner-winery cellars built for long-term aging — climate-controlled, light-protected, vibration-free. You don't transport them, you don't insure them, you don't worry about them. The winery does what it has always done best.
What if a partner winery goes out of business?
Your bottles are physically stored at the winery, but ownership is recorded against your vault — not the winery's books. In the rare case a partner exits, the bottles are reassigned to another partner cellar of equivalent grade. Your ownership chain stays intact.
How do I know my bottle is authentic?
Every bottle carries its own NFC tag and digital twin. One tap of your phone shows the winery, the vintage, the storage history, the ownership chain. Not a sticker on a case — a record on the bottle itself.
Can I sell my wine to someone else? When?
Yes — when the marketplace opens (planned for the second phase of the platform). You set your own price; the new owner takes over the vault entry without the bottle ever leaving the cellar. No physical movement, no broker fee shock.
What's the difference between Vault and Vault Club?
Vault is free — buy, store, withdraw, gift. Vault Club is a small monthly fee that gives you early access to limited bottlings, personal recommendations, and priority on withdrawals. The Premium tier adds private events, an AI sommelier, and the advanced Wine Journal. None of it is required to use the platform.
How long can I keep wine in storage?
As long as you want, and as long as the wine wants. Storage is included — there is no per-day or per-month fee. Each bottle has its own optimal drinking window, which we surface in your vault. Some are ready in two years. Some prefer twenty.
Is this an investment platform regulated by the government?
No. My Cellarium is a wine-ownership and storage platform. You buy real bottles, you own them, and they happen to mature in conditions that often increase their value. We do not promise returns, we do not market this as a financial product, and we are not regulated as one. The bottle does the work; you make the decisions.
